How messed up is the world when Johnny Carson dies, yet Fran Drescher gets another sitcom?
Looks like I picked the wrong week to give up sniffing glue.

Yes! But Dan.... DAN! Fran is a cancer SURVIVOR! That's gotta count for sumpthin right? Agree though.. No one will EVER top Johnny no matter how hard they try!

She didn't survive cancer. The cancer took about 10 seconds to find out how annoying her voice was and killed itself.
Besides, it was a rare form of the disease that feeds on acting talent and it was doomed to starve eventually anyway.

It is good to see that some things never change... I tend to agree with this assesment however and wonder about the broader problems.. hell I think I should drop all my sin buisness and refocus my personal theodicy arround the wrong that is Fran Drescher getting a sitcom while Carson passes on...
