Think I've seen a sign like that in Hunstville, Tx! If not, there oughta be one..
BTW: I pick up hitchhikers if not too far away from my home. This is a practice that I have had since I first started driving.
Question: There are two men walking beside the road. One is dressed in the finest of clothes and the other in tattered and torn. You only have room in your vehicle for one. How would you decide which one is "worthy" of your help?

If not too far away from home? I guess nothing can happen if you pick up strangers on abandoned roads, as long as you're really close to home, right?
That's disturbing.

Well ya know.. We all have our issues!;) Did I mention that I live in a "heavily" populated area? I mean "heavily".... And might I just ask: What ever happened to the Good Samaritian? There ya have it.. My sermon for the day.. heh heh

Nobody ever told Cam that most accidents happen within 2.5 miles of your home. That's why I moved! Ba-dum-dum!

Ohhh but Doug... I live in Texas and Dan lives in Ohio.. So clearly I am quite safe! Talk about your lame jokes.. Don't ban me Dan... I plead "the flu".. Talk about your outbreaks! YIKES!

Come on guys, don't give Cam a hard time. We all know that serial killers and rapists and other looneys only live in unpopulated areas and places other than Texas. AND hitchikers are perfectly nice people who are just down on their luck!
