Please don't, Matt.

Matt Groening is quoted here reflecting on The Simpsons 350th episode.

He said, "I think the show has almost reached its halfway point, which means another 17 years."

Maybe he's joking, maybe he just means they have a season or two left. Comments?

I've never watched an episode.

I watched a few episodes this year and they were decent enough. It's been years since I watched it regularly. It's not that it's a bad show these days--at least, from what I watched, it doesn't seem to be. It's just that it doesn't get me the way it used to.

I don't much care about it anymore but for those who do, what does it hurt to have it around a few more years? Hell, I'm sure it's still better than the majority of the sitcoms on the air.

I dunno. The thing jumped the shark so long ago, I think the shark is wearing dentures.

I've always hated Simpsons. I gather I'm in the minority on that one tho.
