I heard an interesting statistic yesterday. A test group of people were injected with the common cold. Some people were told to continue to meet with people and come in close contact with others, and the other group was told to drink vitamin C and eat healthy food, but stay somewhat quarantined. The results? The social group developed the cold LESS than the group that stayed inside like hermits and ate healthy stuff. So, the conclusion? It's healthier to eat Twinkies with Friends than to eat Broccoli alone! Now, that's some scientific evidence that works for me!

I should live to be a hundred then, Doug. My Twinkie intake is sinful.
