Popping Cancer Update: the day after.

Yesterday was rough (read "The very bad news" below for details). I think a day of rest and mindless television is in order.

This scientific scale should portray exactly the way I feel this morning:

Part The Waters/I Need Thee Every Hour
Part the Waters
Words and Music by Charles F. Brown

I Need Thee Every Hour
Words by Annie Hawks, Robert Lowry; Music by Robert Lowry; Arrangement by Nicol Sponberg, Allan Hall

When I think I'm going under, part the waters, Lord
When I feel the waves around me, calm the sea
When I cry for help, oh, hear me, Lord and hold out Your hand
Touch my life
Still the raging storm in me

I need Thee every hour, most gracious Lord;
No tender voice like Thine can peace afford.

Refrain

I need Thee, O I need Thee;
Every hour I need Thee;
O bless me now, my Savior,
I come to Thee.

I need Thee every hour, in joy or pain;
Come quickly and abide, or life is in vain.

Refrain

Danny, I am so sorry that you and Mrs. PC have lost your precious cat. I know when we had to put our golden retriever down it nearly killed us. Our prayers have been with you for a while now and I also pray that our Lord will give ya'll some peace and good things to start happening. I wish we were a little closer to be with you while you are going through this. Eddie, me, Karin and Chris, Brooks and all the kids are praying for you, love to you from us all.
