You’re a wonder, Wonder Woman.

One of the important matters Danny and I discussed not too long before he died was who should play Wonder Woman if a motion picture was ever made of the comic. My first choice was Catherine Zeta-Jones. I don't remember who he picked, but I'm sure it wasn't Katie Holmes. Wonder Woman was not a skinny little 26 year old. She was beautiful and intelligent and strong and looked like she could put any guy in a sleeper hold. (Don't try this at home.) Lauren Graham would be good, too. I think she even resembles Lynda Carter a little. Buzz here.

I remember that the show came on around dinner time because I would watch it and hear my mother calling and calling for me to come to dinner. Before I left my room to join the family unit for our evening meal, I would always make sure to spin myself sick, just in case that was all it took.

So here's the question you've all been waiting for. Who would you pick? May the lyrics of the Wonder Woman theme song inspire you.

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
All the world’s waiting for you, and the power you possess.
In your satin tights, fighting for your rights
And the old Red, White and Blue.

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
Now the world is ready for you and the wonders you can do.
Make a hawk a dove, stop a war with love, make a liar tell the truth.

Wonder Woman, get us out from under, Wonder Woman.
All our hopes are pinned on you and the magic that you do.

Stop a bullet cold, make the Axis fold,
Change their minds, and change the world.
Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman. You’re a wonder, Wonder Woman.
