I was never very good at math or science, but something seems kinda off here.

The only caption I can think of for those toes is 'The Unwashed Masses'.
If I had extra toes, I'd sure keep 'em clean.

Good point. I guess he thought we'd be distracted by the actual extra toes.

Even considering that the bearer of those numerous and very skeezy toes might be female is really disturbing.
