Popping Culture Reflection

I can't remember exactly why my husband started this blog. I think it was a creative outlet for him and a way to screw around and pretend he was doing something productive.

Whatever the reason, I'm so glad he did it.

Tonight, I finished reading all of the cancer posts Dan wrote. I guess I started about a week ago. It was good medicine. Tough, but good.

So one thought I've had recently is that maybe if we all heed that voice nagging us to do something crazy, maybe we would be much happier. What if Dan had ignored the little voice urging him to start this blog or put it off until another day? None of us would have been the wiser, but having experienced it and imagining life without it is unimaginable. To me, anyhoo.

So the next time you hear that little voice, give it a lot of thought and prayer before you dimiss it as crazy or impossible. It just might change lives.
