Record Low in Youngstown, Ohio
Record low temperature, that is.
It was 2 degrees at some point Thursday morning which beat the record for the same date in 1977 when it hit 5 degrees.
It has been snowing like crazy here since about 9:00 tonight.
Just thought you should know.
