Updates from Last Week
So one of the exciting events from last week was the community stray dog that showed up across the street from me.
The theory is that someone dropped him off there because they were moving out of town. My neighbor brought him some hay to sleep on and a couple days later someone else actually brought him a little home made dog house to sleep in.
Long story short, I was walking down the street one day with Roxy and noticed someone parked in front of my house throwing lunch meat to the dog. After trying a few tricks (I've gotten pretty good at trapping stray dogs by now), we couldn't get the dog in the lady's car. She left her phone number so I could call her when she could get him from the pound.

I'm glad the dog got a happy ending. I can't fathom people who just discard a pet because it becomes inconvenient.
