Portsmouth? Richmond? Norfolk? Chesapeake? Youngstown? You like to be scared?

293. Portsmouth, Va.
132. Chesapeake, Va.
287. Norfolk, Va
357. Richmond, Va.
363. Youngstown, Ohio

School, home, or play, odds are you'll be robbed some day. I was.

Portsmouth's new slogan: Portsmouth; where criminals and victims all come together.

You forgot Louisville, KY, #216. The only placed I've lived that somehow escaped this list is Bowling Green, VA. Maybe because I was living under an assumed name at the time.
